Abbey Aventura 312, 2003. CRIS registered lovely condition

Abbey Aventura 312 2003 with awning and extras. This is a well kept, gorgeous, solid little caravan with the original documents. It was fully serviced in 2000 and had new tyres fitted, since then it's been stationary and used as a studio. The only thing altered during that time has been the bathroom as it didn't need to be used as a shower and had a couple of marks on the original walls. If you wanted to change the bathroom back then that'd be so easy to do. Obviously, being fairly old, there is the odd bump and sratch but you'd be hard pressed to find one of this age, in better condition and it doesn't even look as old as it is! There has never been any sign of damp ever in this caravan although, if anything needed changing at all, it'd be the bathroom as there's a bit of discolouration to the plastic, but it's ready to go and the caravan is fully functional as it is. There's never been any problems with this little beauty with the exception of a screw fix here and there.
