It comes with washroom with sink and flush toilet,a full awning, porch awning, groundsheet, mains lead, step, water butt, waste container, water pump, leisure battery, microwave, kettle, toaster, tv, oven and 3 ring hob, fridge, built in radio, blown air heating, wheel clamp, hitch lock, gas bottle, choice of Lino or factory fitted carpet that has never been used. It makes a double bed at the front and 3/4 bed with a bunk over the top at the rear. Large free standing table at the front and small table at the rear. Towing mirror, all windows have blinds fly screens and curtains, custom made protec cover included. Non smokers.
