We bought the caravan new in 2021. We have never let the caravan out. No smokers / No pets have stayed at the van. Caravan is sited on Park Dean Ocean Edge in Heysham. Details of the site can be found on the Park Dean Website.

Asking price is £42708. This amount is to clear existing finance and commission fees due to Park Dean for the sale. Selling due to being unable to travel regularly enough from Yorkshire.

Park Dean require us to inform you that the caravan cannot be used for residential use. Purchasing the caravan sited requires you to enter into a pitch licence agreement.

2022 Annual Pitch fee cost:

Sale must be made through Park Dean Sales office. Viewings are arranged between us as the owner and Park Dean sales team.

The price also includes everything inside the caravan. For example. All bedding, full kitchen inventory pack, the TV etc.
